Nature-Based Art Therapy Group (For kids ages 8 – 12)
Let creativity bloom outdoors! This playful and therapeutic group invites children to explore their emotions, imagination, and self-expression through art-making in nature. Using natural materials and guided creative activities, kids will build confidence, develop emotional awareness, and strengthen connections with themselves and the world around them. Led by a trained art therapist, this group supports social-emotional growth in a nurturing, sensory-rich environment where sticks, stones, leaves, and colors become tools for healing and joy.

Art Therapy for Therapists and Healing Professionals
This restorative group is designed for therapists, counselors, social workers, and other helping professionals seeking renewal through creative expression. Using the power of art therapy, participants will engage in reflective, non-verbal processing to explore fatigue and personal growth in a supportive, confidential space. No artistic experience is needed, just a willingness to explore and reconnect with yourself. Come replenish your inner resources, process your own healing, and rediscover joy through the creative process.

Parenting Navigation Group Led by Samantha Reed, LPCC
This supportive, therapeutic group for caregivers of children ages 0 – 11, offers a space for parents to connect, reflect, and gain practical, research-based tools to handle everyday challenges like big emotions, power struggles, and discipline with confidence and compassion. Through shared experience and expert guidance, you’ll build stronger relationships with your children and grow more grounded, intentional, and resilient as a parent.

Whether you’re seeking guidance, encouragement, or simply a place to feel seen and heard, this group fosters connection and resilience in a non-judgmental environment. Together, we grow, learn, and celebrate the unique strengths of our children.
